Savory Sea Scallops and Angel Hair Pasta

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

My kids call it "Pumpkin Fluffer dip"! Makes a lot....so prepare to share! We loved it with apples and gingersnaps....and spread on bread, spread on pumpkin bread...with a spoon....you name it!

Elk Chili

so so so good! Instead of tomato sauce I use two jars of spaghetti sauce---the garlic flavored one. I also replaced the beans with black beans put everything in the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours. WHen there is about 2 hours remaining I add 1 c of red wine. Served with fresh corn bread there is NOTHING better!!

Grand Marnier Chicken

Very very good! I also used the frozen concentrate and all of the orange rind I could grate from the oranges I sliced. I then served it over brown rice. Excellent flavor!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Tasty! I add a cup and a bit of cubed butternut squash and did NOT saute the chicken ahead of time. Just mixed it in with all of the spices and the gravy mix and let it cook on low for 8 hours. Worked out well and the kids and husband and extended family loved it!

Good! Darn good! I added a cup of crushed cornflakes (Honey Nut to be exact). I think next time I will replace the chocolate chips with cranberries and see how that goes….maybe throw in a few white choco chips too! Thanks for the recipe!

Better just go ahead and double it! Make sure your pot is WAY bigger then you think you're going to need though...it bubbles up very high for a while!
