Harvey Ham Sandwiches
This recipes has been in my "recipe box" for a very long time and I just got around to making it. Boy, have we been missing out! I sed a 6 lb. bone-in ham and simmered it on the stove for about 7 hours. It feel apart beautifully. I used 8 oz of yellow mustard and substituted 1/2 cup of coconut palm sugar for the brown sugar. (I recommend mixing the two together before pouring it over the shredded ham. I think it'd be much easier to combine.) I left it on the stove on low for about 10 minutes while I set the table, etc, and it turned out fantastic! My kids (5 and 3) both wanted seconds (of just the meat, no bun) and my husband kept telling me how good it was. This is a definite make again! I do have loads of leftovers but I don't see that as an issue. I am freezing a quart sized bag of it and I am leaving the rest in the fridge for a quick lunch later this weekend. Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad
I only had 2 lbs of ground turkey on hand so used that and eye-balled the ingredients to scale them down to size. I then took half of the final product and packaged it for freezing because 2 lbs. seemed like way too much for my husband, 2 small children and myself. OMG. I wish I would have had 3 lbs of turkey!! This was FANTASTIC and my husband had no idea that it wasn't red meat!! We gobbled down the 1 lb. that night. The next day, my husband and I couldn't stop talking about it so I took out the package from the freezer for dinner 2 nights later!Thank you for sharing this recipe. It is officially being added to my "favorites" recipe box!!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs
One of our favorite recipes!! I always stick with bell peppers (1 green and then 2-3 red, orange, or yellow) and a large red onion for the vegetables. I then follow the exact recipe for the marinade and this meal has never failed! Serve with hot rice and you have a wonderful meal with very little effort! Thanks for sharing it!
