The chicken recipe is GREAT!!! I did change the recipe a bit, though. I sprinkled the chicken breast lightly with garlic powder and then added 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a skillet and seared both sides before putting them in the pan. It added a lot of good flavor. I also took other's advice and used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream. I didn't have any garlic pepper, so I used the same garlic powder that I used on the chicken breast in the artichoke mixture. I will definantely be making this dish over and over again.
