Party Franks

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2000
The ingredients sound really gross together, but they make the BEST appetizers. Guests will be begging for more and for the recipe.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2001
The was THE BEST peaches dessert that I have ever had. I didn't have a 10" pan, so I used a 9" and didn't put all of the bottom layer in. There was none left and friends loved it. I definantley make this one a lot. Thanks Debbi!!!

Banana Bread I

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2001
I may have done something wrong because it tasted just like any other banana bread that I have had. And that was with using 5 bananas. Don't get me wrong, it was good, it just tasted like all the others I've had. I found nothing special about it. Sorry, Nikki.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2003
This was the BEST cheesecake that I ever made. I made it for a friends birthday and they said that it was better than the cheesecake made by popular restaurants. I substituted the frozen raspberries for fresh strawberries (because they prefer strawberry cheesecake) and used a graham cracker crust. Other than that I left everything else the same. It turned out fabulous. I garnished it with chocolate dipped strawberries and whipped cream. Will definantely make again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2003
I made this for an office brunch and everyone LOVED it. I did alter the recipe a bit. I don't care for butterscotch, so I used 2 boxes of vanilla pudding. I also used only 3/4 cup of vegetable oil and it came out VERY moist. Also, I didn't use all of the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. I will be making this again and again!!!

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2003
This was very good. I did use the butter flavored popcorn oil instead of vegetable oil. It gives the flavor that little extra something.

Cornish Splits

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2003
These were VERY soft. After reading the other reviews (while the rolls were already rising), I decided that next time I will increase the salt to bring out the flavors. However, I did melt some butter and added garlic salt with parsley to it and brushed it over the rolls before putting them in the oven. This did add some flavor. I will be making these again. Thanks for sharing the recipe!!!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2004
The chicken recipe is GREAT!!! I did change the recipe a bit, though. I sprinkled the chicken breast lightly with garlic powder and then added 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a skillet and seared both sides before putting them in the pan. It added a lot of good flavor. I also took other's advice and used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream. I didn't have any garlic pepper, so I used the same garlic powder that I used on the chicken breast in the artichoke mixture. I will definantely be making this dish over and over again.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
OMG!! This is the BEST Pumpkin Cheesecake!! I made it for our Thanksgiving potluck at work and it was gone literally in minutes. In fact I was asked why I didn't make two of them. Everyone wanted the recipe, so I had to print it off and make copies for everyone. I will make this again over and over. Thanks for the recipe!!

All American Apple Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
I made this for my boyfriend and both him and his parents loved it. I changed it up a bit... I used 7 apples- 4 granny smith and 3 macintosh. With adding another apple I added a little more sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg... just a little bit more. I also used a frozed pie crust for the bottom and instead of using the crumb topping, I used a regular (roll out from the store) crust to make it a more traditional apple pie. He said it was awesome... I will be making this one again!!!

Drop Biscuits and Gravy

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
The gravy is AWESOME!! My boyfriend and I don't like sausage in the gravy (which is why I don't order this in the restaraunts), so I made it without it. It was still WONDERFUL!! I didn't have time to make these biscuits, so I used Bisquick instead and the whole dish still was GREAT!! I will definately make this dish again and again and use the gravy for other dishes as well. Thanks for the recipe!!

Smooth Sweet Tea

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
I wasn't too sure of the baking soda, so I didn't use it and it's still ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! It does remind me of McDonalds sweet tea, which I have come to love. This will save me $5 plus per week by making it myself. Thanks for sharing the recipe!!
