Old Charleston Style Shrimp and Grits
I'm planning to make this dish Tuesday. Will follow all instructions, but instead of cheddar cheese in the grits, I will use smoked Gouda - everyone loves the smoked Gouda. I may even substitute Conecuh sausage (spicey) for the andouille. But, I may use both. I'll let you know.

Chicken Salad
I stay away from canned chicken as it's much too salty. Since I've purchased a food processor (very inexpensive), boiling chicken breasts and then putting in processor is so easy. I also add sweet pickle relish, chopped walnuts, cashews, or pine nuts, and raisins/craisons. In pita bread = bon appetite!

Baked Spaghetti
I've made this dish several times and always receive accolades. To "spice" it up a bit I also add 1 lb. of ground sausage (sweet, Italian). It's a great leftover dish as well.
