Super Moist Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
Pumpkin bread is one of my favorite seasonal foods of all time. And this recipe knocks it out of the park. You can omit the coconut flakes if you so desire, and this recipe can really be a canvas for whatever you're in the mood for. Add in some chopped walnuts/pecans? Sure! Cover with a cream cheese icing? Absolutely! You can really go crazy using this bread mix as a base. Excellent recipe.

Maple Glazed Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2004
A delicious glaze. Preparation is somewhat difficult and time sensitive. Don't use this recipe if you have to be somewhere later. However, if you have the time, it is wonderful.

Best BBQ Rub in Texas

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2003
This is an excellent rub. I take a massive beef brisket, rub it down good, pour a couple of jars of barbeque concentrate over it, wrap it in foil and let it sit for about 2 hours before slow smoking it at 250 degrees for 16-24 hrs. The tenderness and the subtle spices in the rub are indescribable. Highly recommended, though it does make a LOT of rub (save in a container and use later, still good).

Cajun Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2003
One of THE best grilled chicken recipes around. Although the name says "cajun" this recipe is mild enough for even the most sensitive palatte, and yet exquisitely delicate for the grilling connoisseur. Easy to make and tastes wonderful. A word of warning though, cooking this over charcoal generates a TON of white smoke (because of the oil), so use in a well ventilated area (if you're using charcoal, I hope you would anyway ;).

Springfield Style Cashew Chicken I

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2002
This recipie is right on the money. This is a family favorite, and is a wonderful dish to enjoy. A suggestion, though: instead of using a teaspoon of white pepper, use only a pinch. The power of the white pepper is almost too much for younger/more sensative tastebuds, or so I'm told. =)
