Quick Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
Since we are gluten free and all organic house, I replaced wheat flour with almond flour, added spinach, feta cheese instead of swiss and topped it with tomatoes. It was very yummy and quick!

Japanese Green Beans with Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2014
I didn't have enough soy sauce for this recipe so I cut the amount of brown sugar I used. We had it with brown rice and it was very yummy. Can't wait to try it again with the right amount of soy sauce. Oh and I used all organic everything! Cheers to your health! :)

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: May 28, 2012
Good, simple staple recipe. I didn't miss the liquid smoke and reduce the amount of vinegar. It was easy to double and triple since my roast was 3lbs. I added Bullseye BBQ in to the pot after I sliced it up. Made it thicker and oh so delish!

Armenian Shish Kabob

As a fellow "Armo" it was wonderful to see this recipe here! :) I made a few adjustments, use red wine instead of white and lots of fresh parsley instead of the dried herbs and marinade this all with onions overnight! THE BEST!

Alfredo Sauce

I made this with milk instead of cream. A little too much butter and cheese. Next time I will use less but overall flavor was delicious. :)

Turkey Florentine

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
I modified with what I had on hand: a can of cream of mushroom instead of sour cream and onion dip. Also added Italian bread crumbs to the top then added a cheese blend. Made a nice big salad with fresh spinach, romaine and other fresh veggies. Deeeelish! :)

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Yummy! I substituted the pasta for a gluten free pasta and used a splash of chicken broth instead of bouillon. My kids loved it! :)

Spicy Vegetable Beef Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2011
This is a good base recipe but needed a wee bit more flavor for my taste buds so I add some red wine, pinch o salt, black pepper and a bay leaf. Also used fresh veggies instead of frozen. Yummy meal for a cold night. :)

Steak Stir-Fry

Very yummy! I used low sodium soy sauce since the bouillon has plenty. Fresh veggies with fresh cut of steak, made for a fresh, bright and savory meal! :)
