Rosemary-Scented Pork Loin Stuffed With Roasted Garlic, Dried Apricots and Cranberries and Port Wine Pan Sauce

My husband was bringing the boss home for dinner and another fellow, i researched and went with this recepie, they LOVED it the sauce was Yumm., i made a 5# roast, there were 4 of us, n not much left... and they want my husband to bring whats left to work tomorrow for lunch! i served with Absulutley Delecious baked root vegetables from this site, and cucumber and olive appetizer... keep adding some broth to the pan as its cookin so the drippings dont burn...YUMMM, this is a keeper,

BBQ Country Style Ribs

foil lined dish,(easy clean up)seasoned em up in the mornin with all the usual suspects, garlic salt,chili pepper, pepper, chopped garlic and a bit of water, sliced lemon on top, covered dish w/foil, few hours later baked as called for 2 hrs, put on grill basted on sauce, turmin till gooey n yummy a few minutes each a.YUMMO..from all, served w/ corn on cob and a tomato cucumber onion salad with bluecheese vinigar dressing from this site!

Coconut Tilapia with Apricot Dipping Sauce

This is another keeper, Hubby was amazed at another gormet creation, wink wink... i baked in oven like others suggested, put broiler on for last few minutes to brown it a bit. LOVED the sauce, i used sweet orange marmalade instead of apricot. and good 'ol Old bay instead of creole seasoning, oh and dont 4get a shake or few of "slap your momma" for pizzaz.

This is YUMMO! It's easy and tastes gourmet, it's versitle you can add any veggies to it(I added peas) and seasoned the chic well with Italian seasoning . Will make again for sure

Aphrodisiac Tagliatelle with Blue Cheese Sauce

Made this tonite, gourmet quality easy quick and versitle , added about 3 oz cream cheese to sauce and also doubled. Sliced up a couple steaks on top of pasta, but options are endless.shrimp, chic, bacon, or veggies would work fine. It's VERY filling. The guys liked it, hubb said keep this recipe;) will make again for sure
