Reviewed: May 10, 2011
I found this bland and I even added a tsp of orange extract.

Cheese Corn Spoon Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2006
Like others, I ommited the whole kernel corn and mixed the cheese into the batter, then topped with additional cheese. Very good -- husband loved it!

Honey Bun Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2006
Huge hit at the office. I followed the recipe all the way. Used a slightly different glaze that I found in another cookbook, but I doubt it made much difference. Great cake!

Baked Vegetables I

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2005
This recipe was excellent -- veggies came out tender and seasoned like from a restaurant. I had to cook it for quite a while longer than indicate here though; just kept checking it until the potatoes were tender.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2005
Prepared this as directed and the guys absolutley loved it. Great recipe and easy to fix -- you definitely want a large baking dish though...I only had a 9x13 dish and had some overflow/drips in the oven.

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2004
I used a taco seasoning mix when cooking up the beef to add a little more flavor. Excellent!

Tater Tot Casserole III

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2003
I agree this is a great recipe. My boyfriend didn't like the corn flakes, so next time I made it without. Also added some diced japs like someone suggested--it's now a favorite!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2003
I have made this several times and it is always well received. My boyfriend wasn't crazy about it -- he said he could taste too much white wine -- but he is VERY much a meat and potatoes man. It's been a hit a dinner parties. I use chicken breast tenders rather than halves, and cube them up. I also toss the angel hair with the cooked chicken pieces and sauce.
