The Best Parmesan Chicken Bake
I'm sorry, but neither my husband nor I cared for this. I watched the video and followed the recipe exactly. At 350 degrees for 35 minutes, I had almost burned croutons on top and almost raw chicken. I continued baking it with foil on top for almost an hour longer. The flavor was so-so and the croutons were hard as a rock on top and mushy on the bottom.

Cheesy Tuna Melts
This was really good, but neither my hubby or I thought the tuna filling was hot enough. After broiling, we put it in the microwave for about 30 second to heat it up. Other than that, quite tasty. My picky husband (who ALWAYS turns up his nose at tuna) ate it all. I'm going to experiment with turkey and bacon, still using the English muffin, tomato and melted cheese.

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast
Wow! What a hit! This recipe made an amazing meat n' potatoes meal for my meat n' potatoes husband. I only had a small can of mushrooms on hand, so that's what I used. Using fresh would have made a huge difference in my opinion. My husband can't stand mushrooms, but he ate every bite on his plate and said it was the most outstanding roast he'd ever had. I made good ole mashed potatoes. I didn't have any tomato paste on hand, so I used about 1/4 cup V-8 juice. My only disappointment was my chuck arm roast was only 1.75 lbs., so not leftovers. I will definitely make this again!!
