Spinach and Tortellini Salad
Wow was this ever amazing! I made it a month ago and forgot to comment, but I will now! I was in Italy when I made this, and there is no cheese-filled tortellini there- in fact my boyfriend laughed and said "Cheese filled tortellini?! What is that!" So we used Prosciutto filled tortellini, skipped the spinach completely because the store's spinach supply looked really bad and dead...also I wasn't into frozen spinach and didn't want to use lettuce! We used also sliced black and green olives, and as for the Italian Style Dressing- i don't know about you but REAL Italian style dressing is just Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar, maybe some lemon juice! So I put on the parmesan, tomatoes, olives, olive oil, and OH MY GOD was this ever AMAZING!!!! Now I'm home and I want to make this for my parents and brothers!!!

Famous Butter Chicken
Very good! As soon as I took it out of the oven and served it, I went "This is my Mom's Chicken Parmesan!" I used some advice of other reviewers: Added paprika and onion powder, sprinkled parmesan on top of the chicken, added 1/4c flour to cracker crumbs, and also put the crackers in a ziploc to crush with a rolling pin! The bag broke though (cheaper plastic bag I found in italy- they don't really have "ziploc"). Also I don't think margarine exists here so i cut a few slices of butter and stuck them around the chicken and on top, along with another reviewer's idea of putting sliced garlic around the chicken! Delicious!

Mexican Wedding Cakes II
These are ultimate five star cookies! I have made them perfectly every time, and they are absolutely hands down Amazing!! I was au pairing for 7 months in Italy, and in December I made these the first time and all of the children Loved them and kept requesting these!!!
