Salmon Loaf
I followed another reviewer's suggestion and baked these in a muffin tray. They turned out crispy on the edges and quite tasty! Very simple recipe, I made it in 5 minutes using ingredients I already had around the house. Added diced yellow pepper for flavor. Simple and good.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great recipe, I used it to make Oreo Stuffed Choc Chip Cookies, big success! Just make the dough as per the recipe, then use both hands to shape it around an Oreo cookie so that it's completely covered in dough (but not too thickly). Simply place on parchment paper in 350F oven for about 16 minutes. Very good but very rich and sweet. I can only eat one at a time because they're so filling!
