Hi, I made this pie with the 12 serving calculation because I made a deep dish pie. It said to juice & zest 3 lemons, I used 4. It had 2 1/4 cups of water, I used less then 2 cups of water and a bit more then 1/4 cup of lemon juice. I ended up putting an extra T of sugar... It was great! The only thing I will change (it calls for 6 eggs with 12 servings), I will use the 6 yolks but 9 or 10 whites for the meringue. I decorated the top with marshmallow bunnies & malted milk ball "eggs" for Easter, SO CUTE! Great recipe! Don't hesitate to use this wonderful recipe! Happy Baking:)
