Graham Cracker Crust I

Great, easy pie crust! I should have used a bit larger pie pan. The recipe makes plenty for a nice sized pie crust!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Love this recipe! Easy, fast, always turns out nicely! Good enough to serve to company! I made a Hollandaise sauce from a packet tonight and topped the chicken with it - delicious!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Followed the recipe pretty much right on. Left out the lemon juice. The marinade made plenty. I'll make these again!
