White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
wonderful ! I used 1 C. each of white chocolate chips , & cinnamon chips , & added chopped walnuts since I was out of pecans . One tip ...do NOT use ungreased parchment paper with these ! I did & they simply didn't spread @ all . That's my fault , the recipe clearly says "lightly grease cookie sheets" . Had I read the reviews more closely I'd have known better .

Mama's Blackberry Cobbler
learned this as a child , & taught it to mine . The only difference is that we also use 1 cup milk (batter will be thin but thats fine). You can adapt the recipe to fit your pan merely by increasing in equal amts. , but we do not ever use more than 1 stick of butter or margarine . you can use any fruit you choose , but if using canned , drain some of the liquid if there's a lot . My favorite is peach ....I sometimes sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top of that one . This cobbler bakes up into a great cake-like dessert that's wonderful served warm with a scoop of ice cream on top !

Country Apple Dumplings
mistakenly bought garlic crescents & had to use grands biscuits instead .....I separated each biscuit & sealed the apples inside . Then I discovered I was out of cinnamon , so used a couple pinches of pumpkin pie spice . so it was 1 can Grands biscuits , 1 stick margarine , 1/4 cup each of brown & white sugars,probably 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice & 6 oz. Diet Mt. Dew , everything wrong but with AMAZING results !
