Really liked this. Way too much liquid though so next time I'll probably drain at least 1 can of the beans. I also used Ro-Tel tomatoes instead of plain crushed tomatoes as that was what I had at the time.

This is soooo good! I needed something to do with the cucumbers mom gave me from her garden and this was perfect! It's easy to prepare & perfect for a potluck or picnic too!

I used all the same ingredients, however I used my calphalon everyday pan and went from stovetop directly to oven then to table - one pan, less cleanup LOVE IT! Thank you for a great go-to recipe!

This is a great start but I added to it. I throw in some potato (just cut up) and use olive oil instead of butter. I also changed the way I cook this, I throw everything into pans & roast it in the oven (Much less cleanup!). When it's all done, I cut up the sausage and mix it all up - YUM!! Have some really good bread on hand & a nice salad!

Loved this, quick and easy! Very tasty and healthy too. I doubled the amount of pasta to make it a bit heavier as a meal. Had leftover the next day for lunch and it was just as good but I had to add some liquid since the pasta had absorbed most of it.

Very good, needed to substitute diced tomato for the grape tomato as I didn't have any on hand. I also did as one reviewer suggested and added couscous after it was done marinating in the fridge, had it on pita bread with some romaine lettuce for a light dinner. YUM!

Yummy! Made too much sauce, I'll likely lessen the liquid ingredients by 1/2 next time.

This was very good in a pinch but we felt it was missing *something*. Not sure what I'll do to jazz it up next time, but we're thinking it needed some sweetness to it or something. Perhaps some fresh garlic sauteed instead of garlic powder too. Thank you.

Very good pancakes. Make sure you follow the suggestions to lessen the baking powder to 2 TEASPOONS and lessent the salt to 1/2 tsp. I used brown sugar since that was handy and added a tsp vanilla. Very yummy. I think I still prefer buttermilk pancakes but if you don't have any of that on hand, this is a great alternative.

I needed SOMETHING to do with a pound of shrimp tonight and I am SOOOO glad I found this recipe! DELISH! Easy as pie, ingredients we always have on hand and quick! What more could we ask for! I increased the sauce by a bit because I made an entire pound of linguine and it was more than enough. Thank you so much! An update - I used this sauce with cut up boneless chicken over rice and it was out of this world! I flour & brown the chicken in some olive oil; put it on the side to make the sauce then add the chicken back to cook in the sauce for a little bit - serve over brown rice and viola! Delish Dinner! Enjoy!

Tastes good but took forever to cook thru. The only changes I made were to use butter instead of margarine (fake food, yuck!) and I added 2/3c. chocolate chips for fun. Thanks for the recipe!

Loved this! Wanted a more savory Sweet Potato recipe instead of the usual marshmallow stuff and this fit the bill perfectly. The only thing I didn't add was the sliced almonds, simply because I had none on hand - next time I'll add them and I'm sure it will only improve the dish. My kids had seconds and there wasn't a morsel left in the dish. Thanks for a great recipe!

Wow! Really Really Great & Super Easy! Make sure you watch them like a hawk at the 5 min mark - they go from not done to very done in the blink of an eye at about 6 or 7 min. I have a Cookie Exchange to go to tonight and didn't have time to do the rolling & decorating that goes with most cookie recipes so this fit the bill perfectly! Thanks!

This was delicious!! Creamy, mild & wonderful; you taste the broccoli - so... if you don't like broccoli, you probably won't like this dish - then again you just may :) We love broccoli and thought this dish was great. I followed the proportions exactly and scaled up to be able to use a large bag of frozen broccoli from the warehouse club as I was bringing it to a party. Everyone loved it and my husband who really doesn't like any creamy type dishes even thought it was OK. He suggested that next time I add some grated parmesan or romano cheese and I will try that and post an update sometime soon. Thanks for an easy & elegant casserole recipe!
