Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
Excellent. Great flavor and VERY simple!! I also followed one reviewers advice and microwaved the pepperoni on paper towels before adding to the dough so it wouldn't be oily and greasy. I also brushed olive oil & sprinkled some garlic powder on top of the roll before baking. I also let it sit for about 5 mins or so before slicing it. It cut very easily. Will definitely make again.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2013
This is a keeper!! Only thing I did different was add about a half a teaspoon of dried basil leaves to the chicken. We LOVED it. The asparagus adds terrific flavor. Nice and light. We didn't think it was bland at all. Its tasted just as I expected it would with these ingredients. All those people talking about no sauce, there is NOT supposed to be any "sauce". That's the point of this recipe. Its only a half a cup of broth. Its supposed to cook out, leaving you with just a light coating of olive oil on the pasta, chicken and asparagus. We cant wait to have it again!

Asparagus, Ham, and Lemon

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2013
I loved the flavor the lemon gave it at the end. The ham didn't really seem necessary. Asparagus has such a strong wonderful flavor on its own without the ham or prosciutto. Will definitely make again, just without any ham or prosciutto. Maybe ill try sliced almonds in its place.

Pesto Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2013
Just finished eating these pork chops. The pesto/feta stuffing was great! But I saw other reviews and only used a 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes in the rub. The rub was STILL very hot! I love spicy foods but the heat on the outside of the chop just overpowered the delicious stuffing inside. All I tasted was the spicy rub. It would be better as 2 separate recipes. If I make these again I would either use a thinner chop with just the rub and no stuffing if i'm in the mood for spicy; or omit the rub and just stuff it with the stuffing recipe and brush the outside with some of the pesto. I'd also substitute something for the pine nuts. They didnt seem to add much to the flavor for the amount of money it costs for them.

Chinese Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2012
I made these twice so far. The first time I followed the recipe exactly except for using lower sodium soy sauce and grilling them on BBQ. But I didn't really have time to let them marinate long enough. They still turned out pretty tasty. Then I made them again a few nights ago but this time I added 1/4 teaspoon of pure sesame seed oil and marinated them overnight. They turned out GREAT with the addition of the sesame seed oil. It really gave it a lot more authentic Asian flavor and aroma.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2012
I made this last night and it was fantastic. I used shredded mozzarella instead of slices and i also brushed the outside of the chicken with more pesto after i rolled them up. Great, easy change of pace for chicken cutlets
