Fluffy Pancakes

This really does deserve all 5 stars. And it is aptly named "Fluffy" Pancakes because they are truly light and fluffy and I followed the recipe exactly. I love that the longer I leave the batter sitting there, the better the pancakes. I've also added ingredients like cinnamon or vanilla or mini chocolate chips and it's delish! Enjoy! p.s. For us, it makes 8 individual pancakes.

Light Oat Bread

The best bread ever! I love the light oat flavor--not too overpowering to eat with lots of different sandwiches. I have made it exactly as is and have made it by substituting part of the white flour with whole wheat and the light oat flavor still comes through. Super job!

Bread Machine Challah I

Delicious and sweet just as challah should be! I've made it just as the recipe calls for and have substituted part of the white flour for whole wheat to make it healthier and it's STILL delicious! Good job!

Flax and Sunflower Seed Bread

Totally loved it just the way the recipe reads!!! It has a nice nutty flavor, slightly sweet, and super!!! I didn't even butter it or anything. It's good as is. Only the second homemade bread recipe I actually liked.

A Baker's Secret for Bread Machines

It's a keeper, BUT with a few alterations. I did it first exactly has laid out, and it was too salty and didn't rise. The second time, I put the yeast in in the traditional way, on top. I also halved the salt, added one tablespoon of honey, and substituted butter for the lard. It turned out great this way!! And I never like homemade bread!

Cornmeal Mush

This comes out too grainy. I used milk instead of water, and halved the cornmeal only. It turns out creamy like Cream of Wheat this way. And of course, add sugar to taste. Delicious!

Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins
