Orange-Cranberry Upside-Down Cake

I made it and took it to the office and people liked it. It made a nice big cake, but it took a whole lot longer for me to make, especially the part of cutting the cranberries in half.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken I

Count me in as another person who wished she'd read the reviews first. The chicken was chalky-dry, and the lemon overpowered everything, including the garlic. Dreadful.
