Perfect Pumpkin Pie
This was absolutely amazing!!!! AND EASY!!! This recipe was a hit! Everybody loved it! My father-in-law wanted to know where I bought it! He was totally shocked when I said I made it myself!! The only thing I would change would be to use the deep dish pie crust. This was recommended by another reviewer. Deep dish is great!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I made this with the restaurant style fried rice recipe and it was a hit! We ate it two nights in a row! The kids cleaned their plate and asked for seconds! The only thing I changed was I pre-seaoned the chicken and when the sauce was done I poured the entire thing over the chicken, covered with foil and baked 35-40min as described by other reviewer. Extremely tender and delicious! The only thing I would recommend is to be sure to let the sauce get thick as it is simmering as it sticks to the chicken better. I didn't let it get as thick the second night but it was still delicious! Definitely a keeper!

Fried Rice Restaurant Style
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! This is the best recipe ever! My husband and I love fried rice and often spend great deals of money at the restaurant. I don't think we will ever buy fried rice from the a restaurant again! Even my youngest son, the pickest of eaters, said it was better than the restaurant! So this one is definitely a keeper! I cooked this with a recipe for baked teriyaki chicken. The only thing I changed was the rice. I used 2-7oz. instant bags which took 10 min off cook time. I used sesame oil instead of veg. oil per other reviewer. Although I was a little skeptical, I also added oyster sauce as noted by a prev reviewer! We had it for dinner two nights in a row! Nobody complained! It's the best!
