Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

Love it. Great for using up big batches of cucumbers in the fall when they all ripen at the same time. My suggestion, lots of salt, easy on the sugar.

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

This is my go to recipe when i need a quick and fabulous meal. i use a bit less sugar and rarely have honey in my kitchen but sometimes i throw in some in golden syrup if i have it. If i'm feeling super keen i'll caramelize the onions first and add a red pepper for colour. Very Yummy. Oh and i never use the cilantro. Just never had any on hand. .

Apricot Carrots

amazing! I couldn't find any apricot preserve so i bought some canned apricots, drained them, and boiled them down with some sugar, until they looked ...smooshed. (technical term) These were the most delicious carrots i've tasted in years. I remember an old boyfriend making me "apricot carrots" and i thought they had dill or brown sugar in them, but these ones were perfect just on their own. Yummy!

Lemon-Herb Roast Chicken with Pan Gravy

My husband was drinking the gravy straight from the ladle. I personally thought it was a little "lemony", but he couldn't get enough of it. I will definitely make it again. He insists!

Chicken Breasts with Herb Basting Sauce

Perfection! I actually used this to baste a whole roast chicken. My husband loved it! Added some miced onion to the mix and it was heavenly.

Fantastic. My husband was very impressed. I did the extra flip and they fluffed up nicely. I also cheated because i didn't have time to let them rise... (I hadn't read the instruction properly and hadn't left myself enough time.) i figured it was too late to give up, so i just went ahead and cooked them anyways, and they were just fine! =) thanks for the recipe!
