Pork Chops with Garden Rice

This recipe was very tastey, but definitely did require some extra cooking and moisture for the carrots and potatoes. I also added garbanzo beans and garlic, and everybody, myself, my 2 year old, and my husband, loved it.

Green Chili Casserole

I used Salsa Verde instead of greem chiles, because it's what I had on hand and it added a nice kick. I was skeptical about this recipe, especially the cream of chicken soup, but it was creamy, flavorful, and overall, great.

Peanut Butter Cookies VII

I was so disappointed with this recipe. Much like some of the other reviewers, whose comments I should have read, first, I added butter, milk, and more peanut butter trying to make these cookies suitably moist to no avail. They were dry and crumbly and I could taste the shortening in the cookie.

Chicken Scarpariello

The flavor was very good, but I didn't care for the resultant sauce, or lack thereof. I added mushrooms and lemon juice to mine, along with some starch toward the end to thicken the sauce a bit.

BBQ Chicken Salad

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe, and the simplicity made it a quick lunch or dinner favorite around our house. I've also added toasted pine nuts and apples to mine and wrapped it in spinach lined tomato basil whole wheat tortillas. Excellent!
