Zucchini Brownies

I did not care for this recipe. If you are a vegetarian and can't eat eggs this might be an option for you.

Very, very bland. I suggest leaving out everything but the bacon.

Butterbeer IV

REALLY SWEET. Maybe, you can use half the condensed milk. Little kids would like this, but they are going to be jacked up!!! It is like eating crispy creme donuts.

Banana Fritters

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
You need to cook the heck out of these things. Just because they look brown doesn't mean they are cooked in the inside. I think you could just use roll dough from a can put a banana slice in the center, fry it, and roll it in sugar.

Fish Tacos

These tacos are addictive. You will want them every week. I just buy battered fish fillets though. I add red salsa and cheese to my tacos also. Love them.

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
Excellent and superb! This puts normal lasagna to shame. I used two cloves of garlic and needed two jars of sauce. The top layer of noodles didn't get tender during the cooking time, so I flipped the vegetables on them and cooked it for another half hour. That is why you might want two jars of sauce.
