Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
Very yummy! I did make a couple changes. Added 1/2 cup of yummy dry red wine to my satueing vegies then returned my browned roast back in pan for another 5 mins. Then put it all in crock pot. Also used beef stock/broth. Wow theres nothing like smelling a yummy roast in the fall when you come home from work!

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
Good flavor but dry. I did add red pepper with my red pepper flakes and made my own pesto. I could have add more pesto to make it not so dry, but it might have made it to strong. I think I should just stick with the fatting cream pasta dishes. :)

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2012
added frozen fire roasted corn, black bean, and rice. This was a little spicy for my liking. Im not sure if it was because i blended the can of green chili peppers before adding. Just beware if u dont like spicy try adding half of a 4oz can.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2012
I love this recipe, i usally make taco suffed peppers, but i have to say these were alot better. I did make a few changes, only added 1 can of tomato soup with equal parts water, add garlic powder, oregano, basil, italian seasoning, little extra worcestershire sauce, jalepenos and black beans. And instead of using can tomatos i used fresh tomatoes from the garden about 4, I blended 3 and diced the other. I also used jasmine rice. served with tortilla chips or homemade tortilla chip which ever u perfer.
