Flatlander Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2014
This recipe is fantastic! So many people ask me to make this when I invite them over for dinner. I didn't change a thing besides letting it simmer in a slow cooker on low for 4 hours rather than in a pot on the stove.

Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
These were so good! I made them on my george forman grill since its cold and outdoor grilling season is over. They turned out so moist, my husband was a fan and usually he doesn't like things made with ground turkey! Thank you!!

Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2007
This was absolutely the best banana bread I've ever had. Only things I changed was I added 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup of white sugar, and 1/3 cup brown sugar. I baked it in a bunt pan for 40 minutes and it’s so moist, it's probably not going to make it thru the night.

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2007
A big hit!! I didn't have an onion on hand so I mixed the cream of mushroom soup with a packet of onion soup mix then put it over the pork chops and it was so good! My husband asked why I didn't make more.

Easy Apple Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2006
I would call this an apple cake, not a coffee cake. I was concerned about how thick the batter was found it difficult to layer. Next time I will chop the apples into smaller pieces, coat them in the sugar/cinnamon, and mix them in the batter.
