These were delicious I handed these as Christmas snacks and they were a hit with my coworkers. These aren't a traditional cookie bar, but very moist & tasty. Just added a little nutmeg...mmmm

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce

This came out a little too soggy. May have been my error, I was trying to half the recipe. I may have put too much liquid, but it looked dry with half as nuch milk mixture. Whiskey sauce was a little bland.

Creme Brulee French Toast

Delicious,I made this for Thanksgiving breakfast, it is very easy to prepare the night before. I left the crust on and substituted Amaretto for the orange brandy, turned out terrific! Very creamy

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

I made this for your company's Halloween potluck, and I had several people ask me for the recipe. Very tasty, I used a spicier cheese rather than the Monterey Jack,and green sauce instead of the red.
