Barbie's Tuna Salad

Delicious!! My husband who never eats tuna fish prepared this way and also detests curry, raved over it. As did my two teenage boys. Definitely a keeper!!!

Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Yuuum!!! Used olive oil instead of canola and per other suggestions, increased the sesame oil to 3 teaspoons and added fresh pressed garlic. A definite keeper!

Heirloom Tomato Salad with Rosemary

Deeeelicious!! Did everything as written, however, because we are such Rosemary "freaks" added another two sprigs. They were the first bowl cleared at the dinner table! Thank you for a simple, lovely recipe! Look forward to trying them on the grill!

Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Excellent Marinade!! Read thru other reviews and did as others suggested. Halved the Liquid Smoke. Used Low Sodium Soy. Added 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil and Added some Fresh Pressed Garlic. Had two Pork Tenderloins, put into a Large Baggie and marinated for two hours only. Perfect, the meat was unbelievably tasty and moist, I believe any longer would have been too much. Also took excess marinade and boiled on stove to use as gravy.

Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Vinegar

Yum!!! Made these this weekend and they were devoured. I threw all my leftover veggies in - carrots, squash, zucchini, broccoli, red onion chunks, green onions. Only change I made was to add a teaspoon of brown sugar. I marinated them for a couple of hours. My grill basket was a little too large for the veggies, so put some alum. foil down. Delish!!

Asparagus Bruschetta

Made this early morning yesterday as a "healthy" appetizer for dinner with friends. Rave, Rave, Rave reviews. Everyone loved it!!! And a friend of mine who publishes a monthly "Little Secrets" flyer is adding it to that. We all agreed, we could eat it for breakfast, a side dish unto itself, or it would be great in an omelette, or on top of fish, etc. The only thing I would do different is cut the asparagus into smaller pieces - maybe 1/4. Just couldn't get enough on the bread!!! Great share, thank you Elaine!

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

Dee-Dee Licious!! Scrumptious!!! Made the recipe to a T, lots of steps but loved the way the recipe was written out for each step, made it all so much easier. Made the Avocado, Mango and Tomato salsa also from this site, along with black beans and rice. These are the best fish tacos we have ever eaten and we had the leftovers for lunch the next day. Loved the way the fish tasted being basked in the lime. Have already shared this recipe with three friends - a must try!

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

A keeper in our family! Always looking for creative ways with green beans cause we eat them so much. This was a hit! Did use real garlic and about 2 1/2 tspns of fresh basil - but that is just preference.

Coriander Salmon

Deelish, Delish, Delish!!! My husband and kids couldn't stop raving about it. One thing I did wrong was buy salmon with skin on - but even that turned out to be edible! Used lemon - had no lime and as others suggested, doubled up on spices - personal preference. Served this with Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes and Sarah's Rice Pilaf - both found on this site. Wonderful - i was the Queen of the Night! Thank you!
