Oat Applesauce Muffins
These muffins were pretty good but not fabulous. The buttermilk gave the muffins a nice flavor, but the 2-hour wait was frustrating, and the muffins came out rather dense. I added some cinnamon and raisins that for more flavor, and I recommend those additions. Personally, I liked the "Apple Bran Muffin" allrecipe much better, but these aren't bad!
