I'm only fifteen, but I love to cook! Everyone loves to try my dishes and I end up writing a thousand recipes out! Especially for my Brownie Cream Dream.:-P I LOVE to bake and I am crazy about trying new pastry recipes! I have got a big sweet tooth and I just love to use the oven for those sweet treats! The cooking tradition that I use, is cooking fish the old traditional way, with no stoves, just a fire and leaf-wrapped fish. I find that fish is somewhat more delicious cooked this way. Ha! My cooking triumph was when I finally mastered chicken alfredo from scratch! I know it isn't so impressive, but that's why I joined All Recipes! I remember I was trying to bake a Maple-Nut Chiffon Cake, and the pan i put it in was way too small. The next thing I know, batter is all over the oven door! Hee hee!
