About this Cook
I'm 27 years old (as of Jan. 2014) and I love cooking for my fiance! Sometimes I do better than others, but he's always honest, and helps me improve. I love movies, video games, football, Ellen DeGeneres and Sundays- my favorite day to cook.
My favorite things to cook
One dish meals! Skillet dishes, Casseroles, Soups, and Crockpot concoctions are my favorite things to prepare.
My cooking triumphs
I always bring leftovers for my coworkers, and their favorites are my Tuna Casserole (the one on this site called 'Best Tuna Casserole' I believe, with some minor changes) Chicken Taco Soup, also from this site.. And according to the public, the best soup ever: Pioneer Woman's Italian Chicken Soup.

Baked Ziti I
I boiled my pasta with 2 cubes of beef "squares of broth I cannot spell", dumped the sauce/beef/onion mixture that I added about 4 cloves of garlic to back in the pot with the drained pasta, mixed in the sour cream, and did 2 layers. The mixture, topped with provolone, mozzerella, and parm, then more pasta mixture, and the other half of the cheeses on top. baked as directed. Used 2 jars of Rinaldi sauce that was on sale. One jar was garlic and onion or something and the other was mushroom and peppers I think. Turned out amazing. Especially since I am not a ricotta cheese fan.

Classic Goulash
Couldn't be easier. Didn't use any bay leaves, but it still turned out yummy. I added green pepper. Leftovers were even better.
