Southwest Black Bean Chicken Soup

I love the flavor of this soup and the only change made was green chiles instead of jalepano. I was born and raised in Texas and am used to spicey food but found this soup to be too spicey even with this change. I will make this again without the red pepper flakes.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I made this with no changes to the recipe but I did add the glaze of ketchup, honey and worchestershire that someone else recommended. It was the BEST. Will make again.

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

It has been so hot in Texas and I did not want to heat up the house by baking this dish so I put it in the slow cooker and was a hit with the family. I used cream of celery soup and chicken broth instead of water. Will add more water or chicken broth next time for the slow cooker.
