Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

I've made this recipe several times and enjoyed it. Last time I made a french mirepoix which is finely diced veggies. I used onions,celery and carrots and sauteed them in a little oil til well well done but not browned. Bake tenderloin w/mirepoix poured in and continue as directed. You'll think you are eating in a fine french bistro!

Easy Cassoulet Casserole

I thought this would be a good recipe for a cold winters night. My husband and I enjoyed it but next time I will omit the cloves. Even 1/4 t was overpowering. I also doubled the white wine.
