Indonesian Satay
Chicken needed to be marinated longer, tasted very bland. The peanut sauce was different however I thought it was missing something, not quite sure what it could be!! Maybe just salt!

Indonesian Spiced Rice
Could have been better if more stock was added. My rice came out too dry!

Jemput Jumput (Banana Fritters)
Weren't as tasty as I had expected. I personally preferred for mine to be golden brown and they only have to cook for around 30 sec.
