About this Cook
I'm married and an "empty nester". I enjoy cooking if there is someone to eat what I cook.

Unbelievable Rolls
I made these today and they are wonderful and so easy! My son & husband loved them also. I'm the designated "roll provider" for Thanksgiving this year and can't wait to share them with family & friends!! I was able to get 24 decent size rolls from this recipe even though it says it yields 16 rolls. I will be making these again!!

Traditional White Bread
I have made this bread 3 times and love it! My 3 yr. old grandson loves it! I make it exactly as the recipe states and it turns out perfect every time! We love to make French toast with this bread. My friend has requested I make it for Thanksgiving. Also I have tried it with butter and with oil(I didn't have any lard), the butter loaves have a darker crust than the oil loaves.

Baked Ziti with Sausage
I made this last night. My husband said it was "ok". I thought it had great flavor but was kind of dry. I used hot Italian sausage and swapped the Classico sauce for Prego beause I don't care for Classico sauce. I also didn't put the amount of onions in that was called for, my husband doesn't care for onions.I will make it again but will increase the amount of sauce I use.
