Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Savory Spinach Pie

yum! i made this for brunch at a baby shower and it was a hit. several people asked me for the recipe and there were no leftovers. i made individual ones in muffin tins but using a cup to cut circles in the pastry dough and fitting it down inside before adding the filling. one batch made about a dozen muffins.

Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style

my mom sent me home with a spaghetti squash from her garden but i didnt know what to do with it since i have never eaten one before. so i went searching for a good recipe and was lucky enough to have found it on the first try. my husband AND kids all loved it and had seconds. that makes it a keeper in my book!
