Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
HOLY WOW! This recipe is by far the best pulled pork I have tried. So very easy! I used a big hunk o pork (I think is was a pork shoulder, it was big and cheap). It had a thick layer of fat and a few bones but after cooking for 8 hours on low the fat came off in one piece and the bones simpley fell out. I didn't have any root beer so I used two cans of dr. pepper. I also seasoned my meat (salt, pepper, garlic salt, and tony's). I used 3/4 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Hickory and Brown Sugar bbq sauce. All I can say is this recipe is awesome. Extremely tasty, inexpensive, and can feed a crowd.
