Blonde Brownies I
Made this last night to bring to a friend's dinner and it was a huge hit! I left the chocolate chips on top as a kind of a frosting and everyone liked it that way. Next time, I'd fold them into the batter, only because it would be less messy to cut. I also greased the pan with a little butter to make it easier to lift out the squares, which worked perfectly! This is a chocolate chip cookie bar that's chewy but not cloyingly sweet --- a keeper!
