Quick Egg Roll Dipping Sauce

Loved this sauce! I taught an Egg Roll making class last week and we made 3 different dipping sauces, and this one was everyone's favorite! Super easy and quick.

Layered Dulce de Leche Dessert

This dessert is wonderful! I live in the bush of Alaska, so getting the right ingredients is always a challenge. I got "no sugar" added pudding and low fat cool whip, but decided to give it a try anyway. The Elder group I served it to loved it, and the fact that it was low fat/sugar was a bonus. This is on the menu now anytime we serve Mexican food.

Honey-Dijon Ham

This ham turned out great, love the flavor. I basted it several times during cooking time. It took much longer because I was cooking a 12 pound ham.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

I made this, and when I tasted the sauce I was a bit reluctant to serve it. So I sent the asparagus out with no sauce. While I was getting ready to serve the next course, I dipped a little asparagus in the sauce and OMG....So yummy! It's a great balance of flavors, and I have added it again to the menu next month.

Apple Pie

Bottom Round Roast with Onion Gravy

Easy Beef Stroganoff

I just made this for 12 people last night, and they loved it. I have always made my version at home with cream of mushroom soup, but this was so much better, and quite easy. I will be making this for the family soon.
