Absolute Best Liver and Onions

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2014
I enjoyed this recipe very much! I wisked some flour in beef broth and made a delicious gravy with a splash of cooking sherry. Will be making this again soon.

Awesome explosion of flavor. Followed the recipe exactly except I marinated the chicken in a roasting pan and baked it in the oven.

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2011
These burgers are so good! I had a 3 lb. pack of ground turkey, so I doubled the recipe, other than that I followed the recipe exactly. These are way better than any of the premade patties I've bought in the past.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
This is a pretty good basic meatloaf recipe. I thought it called for too much bread crumbs. If you arent really a fan of sweet sauce skip the sugar. I made it twice. I did not use sugar the second time. The ketchup was still a little sweet for me.

Country Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
This was really good! Comfort food at it's best! I did not use water. I used a 32 oz carton of chicken broth instead and skipped the bouillon. This made a very tasty gravy. After I browned the chicken I removed it and added diced onion and celery to the pan and stirred it around to loosen up the drippings in the pan. I put the chicken back in and added the broth. Then followed the rest of the recipe as directed. Served it over rice with a side of collards. Too good!
