Bellyful of Barbecued Bananas

Simple, fast and yummy! Made this in a jiffy and added them to a bowl of triple chocolate gelato. Fantastic! I can see myself making these often.

Cajun Spiced Pork Chops

These were flavorful, tender and delicious. So quick and easy to make, too. I didn't have sage so I added dried basil instead and it worked out great.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

This is absolutely fabulous and I have been asked for the recipe more than once. Instead of fresh sliced mushrooms, I use a jar of pre-sliced mushrooms in olive oil. I think it gives it a little added magic, because the next time I made it, it wasn't quite as good and that was the only difference.

Sausage and Egg Casserole

Made this for an American brunch one day here in Italy. It went over well, but I do wish it had a little more flavor. We added Tabasco, which helped.

World's Best Lasagna

This was a potluck dinner hit! It does take quite a bit of time and lots of ingredients, but is definitely worth the time and effort. I will be making this again in the future!

The Best Meatloaf

This was moist and delicious, even though I didn't have any green pepper so I left it out. It did not bind as much as I would have liked though, and tended to crumble when sliced. I added ketchup stripes across the top before baking for a little extra flavor.
