Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2014
This recipe is amazing, and really does taste like an old family recipe. I accidently used "Heart Healthy" Campbell's soup and it was rich and delicious-save yourself the calories. Add chopped carrots. Add mushrooms. I added a few shakes of Montreal Chicken Seasoning, plus a touch of boullion. A bit of corn starch thickens it up. Unreal. Have made it numerous times and everyone loves it.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 30, 2012
I followed the recipe to a T....and they came out dry-even after watching closely not to overbake. I added more butter to the remaining dough and the problem was solved and they are delicious. Next time, I will add 1 and 1/2 cups butter at the start

Sweet and Sour Dressing

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2014
As a restaurant owner I have been searching high & low for the perfect honey mustard dressing. Imagine my surprise when I made this delicious sweet & sour dressing and I found it wanting....more mustard! So I added a 1/2 cup stone-ground dijon mustard and a touch more vinegar and I now have THE best honey mustard dressing for KC's Downtown Grill in Windsor, Ca!!!

Leave out the sugar! The only change that's needed and it's amazing.

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
Even though I own and operate a popular restaurant, I've always said "I can't bake to save my own life". So of course I was intrigued by this recipe. I was nervous about the low baking temp of 300. I did one test cookie....it was a bit less chewy than I wanted. I added a touch more butter ( 1/8 cup)and increased the temp to 325. Crispy edges & a chewylicious center. I am so proud of myself. These are really the best I've ever tasted (and baked!) PS-sprinkle with a touch of coarse sea salt! Amazing!
