Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet
This was ok and easy, but I really think cod needs to be breaded since it doesn't have much flavor.

Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken
I made the mistake of using diced tomatoes with green chilis - which was way too much heat and over powered the flavor of the pesto and artichokes. That said, I think you could have got the same results dumping all the ingredients into a slow cooker - I don't think browning the chicken was necessary and also dried it out. Won't make this again.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops
These were ok but not great. I didn't use parmesan cheese so maybe that made a difference. They also turned out dry. For the amount of time to double dip in flour and bread crumbs - I think it would be easier to use "Oven Fry for Pork" and get the same results and that is why I gave it 3 stars.
