Creamy Mushroom Peas

This was a perfect recipe for me & my husband. He loves peas and I love mushrooms (added extra) We both loved this one. It's a keeper!

Leddie Chicken

I liked the flavor of this dish and my husband, who doesn't like chicken much, liked it. The only thing I would do differently is cut back on the water so the sauce will be thicker.

I have been making a "brekkie pie" for years but it is a very labor intensive undertaking so I rarely do it. This recipe was every bit as good as mine and the only hard part is waiting for it to finish baking! Thanks!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Sooo juicy & tender. I served them with mashed potatoes and they tasted even better left over. I'll definately do this one again.

The Real Reuben

Al, thank you, thank you, thank you! Rubens are my favorite but I was never able to do them right at home. I always fried them but my cheese didn't melt and my sauerkraut was cold. Broiling is definately the trick. YUM!
