Sylvia's Ribs

These ribs were fabulous! I used one bottle of sweet bay rays' BBQ sauce, 1 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup brown sugar, couple splashed of hot sauce, lemon juice, and garlic! Boiled them first for almost one hour, wrapped the rack of ribs in foil, fridge, then grilled on low for a total of one hour, 1/2 hour on each side while in the foil!!! Perfection!!

World's Best Pasta Sauce!

Very good...I did not add the meat as I wanted to use the sacue with chicken parm and it still turned out well. I did like others and substituted the water with wine, but I did add some water due to the thickness. Will definitely make again, but probably cut down on the paste.

Tartar Sauce I

I like some others didn't have relish, so I used bread and butter pickles. I omitted the minced onion, used powerder, and added some dill weed. Delicious!! Definitely a keeper!!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Delicious!! Definitely a keeper at my house. The only thing I did different was use Balsamic Vinegar vs. Apple Cider (didn't have any), and I also added some fresh chopped garlic. Marinated 8 hours, grilled, perfecto!!!

Super Sausage Gravy

Excellent!! I followed others advice and doubled the flour and milk. I also chopped up a small onion and saute'd that with the sausage. Delicious, will definitely make again!!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Best roasted chicken I have ever made. I'm actually making it for the second time tonight. I did add some garlic powder to the mixture and also put some sliced lemon in the cavity with the celery. Awesome and super juicy!!!
