Honey Curried Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

I doubled the sauce as many have suggested... ran out of Dijon mustard, substituted with spicy Brown Mustard... also added a cup of eggplant chopped and zucchini that was left over from another... DELISH!!!

Best Darn Minestrone Soup Around

I always try new recipes on groups of friends! They loved it!!! I didn't blend the veggies, cause we like'em chunky!! It was a real Hit!! The flavor throughout and the heartyness was great.

Hawaiian Chicken I

I change it up a bit, instead of Chicken breast I made it with Chicken Wings. Served at a party, it was the first thing to disappear.
