Leslie's Strawberry Breakfast Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2003
OH MY GOODNESS!!! The best pork chops I have EVER EATEN!!! This was soooo yummy. Now I know why the last guy married Leslie!!! I made these for dinner tonight, And it was an outstanding hit!! My husband and 13 month old son both loved it!!! I did the sauteed onions with the pork chops and served over dill rice (rice with butter and a tablespoon of dill) then poured the sauce over the pork chops .. I recommend you doubling the sauce recipe I wish I had!!! We ended up fighting over the last of the sauce.

Parmesan Cheese Biscuit Crescents

Reviewed: May 20, 2003
These are AWESOME I never turn them into crescents though .. I just roll them out and cut into biscuits with a glass and I get rave reviews!!! You can leave out the parsley and the parmesan cheese and get an excellent breakfast biscuit too :)

Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2003
This is a really yummy cake. I took the strawberries and poored them on the cake (after poking holes in the cake) then poored the chocolate syrup over and refridgerated. Didn't have any whipped cream but I didn't miss it. This was soooo good!!

Can't Tell They're Low-fat Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2003
These are awesome .. I added the extra tablespoon of cocoa powder and I didn't have just plain jarred prunes so I used my son's Healthy Times Orchard Fruit blend of baby food which has prunes and other fruits. They turned out yummy. Kind of cake like rather than crunchy, but when dieting and need a chocolate fix these are awesome!!!

Carrot Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2003
I really liked these muffins alot!!! I made a few changes. I used half the ammount of molases and substituted honey for the other half. I also doubled the brown sugar. Oh and I love the spices so I doubled the ammount of cinnamon and allspice. I've made this recipe twice and my husband who hates muffins even likes them :) That's high praise coming from him.

I loved thesese fries .. I would have rated them 5 star except my husband was less impressed than I about them. I thought they were yummy and crunchy and I didn't add any salt to them.
