Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This is one of my favorite desserts to make! Definately make it a day ahead so the graham crackers have time to soften a bit.

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

Fantastic! Easily adaptable for diabetics too if made with splenda. I omited the glaze and let the strawberries sit a bit with splenda to create their own juices. Hubby loves it!

Everyone at work loved this! Only changes I made were red grapes and omited the water chestnuts since I didnt have any. Works really well with feta cheese too.

This salad is so easy and wonderful! I cut the sugar back a little and sometimes substitute red onions and add cucumbers. Great side dish for BBQ's.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: May 30, 2006
This stuffing was great! I made my own bread cubes with sourdough and dark rye bread & basted with turkey juices to keep it moist, hubby swears it has to be cooked in the bird but sure ate this up!

B.L.T. Salad with Basil Mayo Dressing

Reviewed: May 30, 2006
The dressing had too much basil for my liking, if I make it again I will cut back to a pinch or two.

This was really good, I used the marinated artichokes but rinsed them to remove excess oil. Took it to work for a party and it disappeared!

Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket II

Reviewed: May 30, 2006
I cook this in the crockpot with a pork roast and love it! I add a little cornstarch at the end to thicken the sauce for gravy. I season the leftovers with a little taco seasoning and make enchiladas the next day.

Barbeque Sauce II

Reviewed: May 30, 2006
Everyone loved my ribs with this sauce! Marinated overnight with a rub and cooked on low for a couple hours then slathered on the sauce once they hit the grill. I only had the teriyaki A-1 sauce on hand but it turned out fantastic!
