Slow Cooker Split Pea Sausage Soup
After 5 hours on high + 3 more on low, the peas are still hard. Does anybody have a suggestion for a fix?

Cabbage Jambalaya
I really liked this recipe! I used ground turkey and turkey sausage to make it a bit lower calorie. And I used a second can of tomatoes as one just didn't seem like enough.

Good New Orleans Creole Gumbo
Amazing! Thanks so much for sharing your family's recipe! The roux did take me closer to an hour to make but perhaps I didn't have the heat high enough in fear of burning it, as it was my first roux.
