Blueberry Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2011
this tasted really good, but getting them out of the pans was murder!next time i make theses,i will be sure to put the streusel only in the middle of the muffin so when it rises it does not stick to the pan and make it hard to get out.tastes good though!

I'm a kiwi (a new zealander) and i know good pavlova when i taste it,and this is good! Another ways to top it is carmel sauce and fresh strawberry's.this is one of the best!

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
Yum!i just made these tonight and they were great!although, when you bake them,go for nothing less than 20 min.,unless you want them a bit doughy and then 18 min. is good.i added 3/4 tsp. of nutmeg in the topping and that gave it more nutmegie goodness! :)

Fluffy French Toast

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2011
I made this this morning and it was the best french toast i have ever had! i found that although it takes a while to cook on med. heat,it is well worth a even golden brown look, and tastes better. also,if you add maple syrup in the batter it tastes great! this recipe I will definitely keep!
