Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2014
We loved it. I used others advice and added a little onion, garlic and a little Worcester sauce. Used an 8x8 baking dish. Will make this again the same way. Yum!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2013
Had friends over last night and served these with BBQ. They liked them and asked for the recipe :-) I used small red potatoes but 2lbs. I took anothers advice on here and cut smaller pieces and boiled about 5 min (no longer) before tossing in the sauce before baking. Also used onion powder instead of onions. And tripled the sauce based on others suggestions. Baked 45 min at 375. Thanks. This is a keeper for me. We liked it a lot.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2013
I used 6 chicken breasts that were not frozen because thats what i had. I put them in the crockpot for 2 hrs on low. Then shredded chicken and let it cook for another hour on low. I used sweet baby rays bbq sauce so I omitted the brown suger since it is already so sweet. Last, I thought the sauce was slightly thin once it was done so I added a little more BBQ sauce. I like this because it tastes great and it's super easy and it didn't turn out dry for me

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
I will make this again for sure. Loved it. Husband and my 2 picky eaters loved it too. I added a bag of veggies and used chicken broth instead of water. (about 1 1/2 - 2 cups)

Mother-in-Law's Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
Flavor was great. I made lots of extra sauce. I used red wine vinegar and a little chopped garlic and half ketchup/half tomato sauce. I was disapointed though - it was dry. I used 3/4in boneless chops and cooked them covered for 1hr uncovered 15 min.... to long for boneless (I guess). I will try this one again since I like the flavor, but definately shorter cook time.
